I am a Ph.D. Candidate in Counselling Psychology at McGill University, where my research examines maternal prenatal factors associated with infant sleep patterns. I previously obtained a B.Sc. in Honours Psychology from Concordia University and an M.A. in Counselling Psychology from McGill University. My clinical training spans several settings, including the McGill University Psychoeducational and Counselling Clinic, the Douglas Mental Health Institute Anxiety Disorders Clinic, MediPsy Psychological Services, and the N.E.A.T. Clinic. Through these experiences, I have worked with individuals presenting with a wide range of concerns, including mood and anxiety disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder, sleep disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder, borderline personality disorder, and interpersonal difficulties.
At Harmony Clinic, I provide psychotherapy to individuals and couples under the supervision of Dr. Zofia Czajkowska. My therapeutic approach is integrative and tailored to your unique needs, drawing primarily from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and mindfulness-based approaches.
I aim to foster a warm, compassionate, and culturally sensitive space where you can explore your experiences openly and at your own pace. Together, we will work to better understand the patterns that may be keeping you stuck and develop practical strategies to help you navigate challenges more effectively. While therapy can help us build resilience and navigate difficult moments, I also believe in the possibility of deeper renewal–growth that arises not only from weathering the storm, but from rebuilding and creating new meaning in its aftermath. My goal is to support you in moving toward a life that feels more meaningful and aligned with your values.
