I am a current PhD student in Counselling Psychology at McGill University, conducting research on psychotherapists’ decision-making and evidence-based practice in psychology. I have also completed a B.Sc. in Physiology, a B.Sc. in Honours Psychology, and an M.A. in Counselling Psychology at McGill University. My clinical experiences include working at the McGill Psychoeducational and Counselling Clinic, the MUHC’s Anxiety Disorders Clinic, and the MUHC’s Mood Disorders Program.
Under Dr. Zofia Czajkowska’s supervision, I provide psychotherapy to individuals seeking help with various difficulties including low mood, anxiety, irritability, OCD, life challenges, self-esteem, and relationship struggles. I offer a warm, empathetic, and non-judgmental presence striving to make you feel understood and unconditionally accepted. I adapt my approach according to your individual needs and interests, often drawing strategies from Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness, Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy. I am passionate about helping you gain better self-understanding, clarity, confidence, and meaning in your life.
I provide psychotherapy services in English and speak English, French, and Arabic.
