I am currently a Ph.D. candidate in Clinical Psychology at Université de Montréal and a registered student member of L’Ordre des Psychologues du Quebec (OPQ). I have completed my residency at the McGill University Health Center’s Allan Memorial Institute, a tertiary care setting where I received specialized training in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) for a variety of mood and anxiety disorders. I have also conducted several research projects on new treatment strategies for anxiety disorders in older adults.
I provide psychotherapy for individuals experiencing a broad range of difficulties, including anxiety, depression, self-esteem, relationship struggles, ADHD, as well as body-focused repetitive behaviors (skin picking, hair pulling) obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), insomnia, and other related disorders.
My therapy style is goal-oriented, collaborative, flexible, empathetic, and patient. I strive to create a non-judgmental environment where you can discuss difficult topics while feeling safe, understood, and cared for. Using an individualized therapeutic approach incorporating various empirically supported therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), I will work closely with you to develop a concrete and flexible treatment plan tailored to your needs to help you develop insight and create lasting, meaningful change in your life.
