I am a Ph.D. candidate in Clinical Psychology at Concordia University, where my research focuses on the experience of fear of depression recurrence. My academic background includes a B.Sc. in Psychology with a minor in Art History from McGill University (2019) and an M.A. in Clinical Psychology from Concordia University (2021). I have received extensive clinical training in psychotherapy with adults at the MUHC Centre for CBT Research, Training, and Intervention, Connecte Psychology Clinic, the Emotional Health CBT Clinic, and the Applied Psychology Centre at Concordia University. At Harmony Clinic I work under supervision of Dr. Zofia Czajkowska.
My therapeutic approach is grounded in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and I incorporate principles from Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) tailored to each client’s unique needs. I collaborate with clients to deepen their understanding of their challenges and together we develop personalized strategies that promote well-being, goal achievement, and meaningful life changes. Whether working with individuals facing depression, anxiety, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), or those seeking to enhance self-esteem or their relationship, my goal is to empower clients by fostering insight and resilience.
I am dedicated to creating a safe, empathetic environment where you can explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace. The process of examining emotions, thoughts, and behaviors can be challenging, but with the insights and tools gained in therapy, you’ll be better equipped to pursue personal growth and self-care independently throughout your life. My passion lies in helping you become your own best therapist, guiding you towards a path of sustained self-improvement and fulfillment.
